Dr. Dyllis Minang is a co-founder and core team leader of Chesterton Academy of the Divine Family, motivated by a deep commitment to Christian faith, family, and service. A registered nurse with advanced degrees in Public Health Nursing and a Ph.D. in Health Administration, she also holds a master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor focused on marriage and family therapy. As Senior Vice President of Population Health at Optimal Group Inc., she leads innovative clinical and community health initiatives that promote quality care and operational excellence across the state of Maryland. Alongside her professional work, she co-founded Circle of Trust Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening marriages and families. Dr Mrs Minang is actively engaged in Catholic ministry and leadership. She believes that Catholic education must nurture the whole person — instilling intellectual excellence, resilient character, and a faith strong enough to guide young people in a complex world.
